majors, like Marriott, McDonalds, Radisson, Pizza Hut and the like. With the arrival of these international giants hospitality has
become a favored profession thanks to the high salary and
emoluments, exceptional growth opportunities, excellent working
environment, opportunity to work abroad etc. A recent survey by ATEC
marked Hospitality as one of the best possible careers for Indian. Presently hospitality personnel are in
great demand not only In the traditional Hotel and Restaurant
business but also in other industries including Resorts, Airlines,
Contract and Transport Catering,Tourism, Fast Food Operations,
